Before continuing to buying transactions please familiarize yourself with the information given below.
- Select the articles you like and add them to your basket.
- In case the product is available in various finish possibilities, sizes technical information etc, please select the most suitable finish from the drop-down menu. In case different variations of the product have different prices they will be shown automatically.
- We recommend also choosing suitable light sources for your lightings. In case the light source is already included with lighting there is a note at the lighting.
- For an overview of the products placed in the shopping cart press the button "shopping cart".
- While putting together the order you will automatically be shown the transportation costs. Transportation costs depend of the dimensions and weight of the product, but are usually 15-20EUR.
- In case it is your first time ordering through Light24 you have to register yourself before finishing the order.
- To register please fill in the boxes with correct information and choose a suitable username and password. Make sure the address and contact information is correct for least problems delivering the merchandise.
- After registering you can choose between two options: a. Pay immediately through Internet bank or b. We send you an advance bill in pdf format within 24 hours. Please note the considered delivery time will start from bank transaction.
- For each individual product there is the maximum delivery time. In case you have chosen products with different delivery times in one shopping cart we will send you the merchandise after receiving the payment within the period of the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time in your cart. If you wish to receive the products separately, please contact our customer service.
- For delivering the products to you we use different transportation based on two views – safe handling of the merchandise and low costs.
- Upon receiving the products make sure to check their condition. In case the merchandise has been damaged or ruined during transport make notes with the courier and contact us as soon as possible by phone or by e-mail. Later complaints about external defects will be very difficult to settle.
For every product there is a 2 years warranty except when the manufacturer does not give longer warranty – for LED’s for example. Bill works as warranty certificate.
- If the products are not suitable for you for any reason, you have the right to send it back in 14 days after the date marked on the bill. The article must be undamaged and in original package. We will return your funds in 14 days after we have received the article in our warehouse.
